Art obtained his Law Degree from the University of Western Ontario in 1982. He was called to the Bar in 1984 and has been practicing in the field of litigation for over 38 years. He has successfully represented his clients in jury trials as well as judge alone trials in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. He has also appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Tax Court of Canada, the Financial Services Commission, and the License Appeal Tribunal of Ontario.
